Has there ever been a better time or era in USA Wrestling than now … after the men’s and women’s freestyle teams combined to win 15 overall medals, including seven gold medals, in 20 weight classes at the 2022 UWW World Championships the past month in Belgrade, Serbia?

There were wall-to-wall storylines coming out of the Worlds for Team USA. The top one was Jordan Burroughs’ historic seventh World/Olympic title, breaking John Smith’s all-time U.S. record of six.
